Heavenly Father,
In moments when I feel weak, weary, and overwhelmed, I come to You. You are my source of strength, my refuge in times of trouble, and the One who holds me up when I can no longer stand on my own.

Lord, renew my mind and refresh my spirit. Strengthen my heart when it’s burdened by fear, doubt, or exhaustion. Remind me that I don’t need to rely on my own power, for Your grace is sufficient, and Your power is made perfect in my weakness.

Help me face each day with courage, faith, and endurance. Let every trial become a testimony of Your strength working within me. I declare that I am not defeated, because the Almighty God walks beside me.

Reflection
