When people think of the “end of the world,” they often imagine global disasters, terrifying judgments, and the collapse of civilization. While the Bible does describe dramatic events in the last days, it presents the end not as a hopeless finale, but as the fulfillment of God’s redemptive plan. The end is actually a new beginning—where evil is defeated, justice is served, and Christ reigns forever.

“Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth… for the old heaven and the old earth had disappeared.” – Revelation 21:1

1. Jesus Will Return

After judgment, God will restore all things. There will be no more death, sorrow, or pain. God’s people will live with Him forever in perfect peace and joy.

This is the true hope of the believer—not escape, but eternal restoration.

How Should Christians Respond?

• Stay alert and ready (Matthew 24:42)
• Live holy lives (2 Peter 3:11–12)
• Share the Gospel with urgency (2 Corinthians 5:20)
• Find hope in God’s promises (Titus 2:13)

The end of the world is not the end of the story. For those in Christ, it’s the beginning of everything we’ve hoped for.
